Stealth & felucca =)

The last time I was in UO/Europa, years back, the stealth skill was nerfed in felucca and it was something with walking near people that had high int gave a good chance of revealing you. It happened many times before I gave up and moved on.

How is felucca these days? I did see a post about player orcs recruiting about a year ago. Has the stealth been fixed? is it still defeated by character int or pink boots?

I'm just curious about felucca in general. Not interested in artifacts or rares.

And elves reveal you 99.99999999% of the times you walk near one...it SUX!!

Yes, that's what it was and many we're using a choice of race to counter 210 skill points.

I doubt it helps trying to wait it out really. Alot of the changes ruined certain parts of the game totally, and its not the same cool game as it was anymore. Will probably never be. I wish for the day where they go in and whipe all the artifacts and all the gold from everyone out of the game, and lets us start back from scratch. I would love that tbh. Duping, griefing, and just to good skills to loop certain spawns ruined so much. Anyway... the 97 to 2002 era will forever occupie a special part of my memory box, but its over now.

With that in mind, and being willing to perhaps find other aspects of the game, it can be quite the lot of fun again. Part from a handfull of annoying ******* players that ruins about 20% of the game, I enjoy it very much and play quite the bit nowdays. I will leave UO for good one day, mainly because of ******** players, but that day is still abit ahead in the future.
