(Question) Status of Atlantic Shard?

My friend was playing last night stating the the Atlantic shard went down. It came back up, we both decided to jump on and it crashed again.

Is the shard still down or did it come back up yet?

I assume there was a revert because something went wrong, does anyone know the last save time based on when they logged on?

I'd guess somewhere between 8-8:45pm EST... I logged on in the Brit Councellor's Hall...

Seems to be. I haven't crashed as of yet anyways.
