If my skills are maxed out at 700, is it still possible to gain stats? I have one stat (INT) set to lower, and STR/DEX set to gain. Is it possible to lower my INT still? Thanks.

Yes you can still gain still stats. But make sure that not all skills that are GM or capped are not set to lock. You only gain stats from skills that are pointing up.

Quoting UO Guide: "There is a 1 in 20 chance that you will receive a stat gain whenever a skill is advanced."
