PvP/Faction Stat Loss

IF a none factioned player kills you but you have been attacked by a factioner you will enter stat loss.

*IF a faction player heals a player who is killed by a non factioner he/she enters statloss

*Unconfirmed but seems to be happening

You should only enter stat loss if you are Killed (final blow) by an opposing factioner.
