stat gaining

It's been along time since I remade a character, and now I need to raise the stats.....problem is......Stratics people are slower than molasses in a blizzard, and I can't pull up old web pages I saved in a uo data folder.

Nor, for some reason, will my pc open the reg. staratics page for uo......so, I ask and beseech thee all who read.....

to raise dex again, I do what?

then str, and finally int.

man, this temp forums a pain in the .........pita!!

Thank you so much Tina, I scoured the regular stratics page, and found nothing......Know what they need to do, make soul stones "soul" stones and not skill stones.....Face it, intelligence is more a human attribute as is strength, and dexterity.....
