I've had this same thing happen on Europa and Atlantic.

I had the same thing on Legends. I am blue and was not gray at the time. I picked Ter Mur/Eodon from the list, picked Eodon and got the message you cannot teleport into that area. I am running EC.

Happened to me too on Catskills. I was blue, no criminal flag, etc. I could go to Skara Brea but not Eodon. I could go to Eodon once in Skara.

I just had it happen to me as well, on my Tamer on Lake Superior. Wasn't flagged on anything, just ran through Despise to check it out.

Napa, VvV character, was not flagged. Guild mates got the same message (they actually got it first, I just ran in later to grab a screenshot to post).
