Stamina Loss & Mace and Shield Reading Glasses

My whole armor is created from metal and i wonder if getting Mace and Shield Reading Glasses as Blackthorn Platemail Helmet is it worth to update. Overall i'm very happy with stamina loss reduction from Metal armor so i wonder if one more item will add much difference.

The reduction is capped at 5 pieces at most, so if you have 5 pieces of metal armour, you can go with the glasses instead of blackthorn's metal helmets.
