SSI Cap question

Little confuse here.

As returning player I have question about SSI cap. Somebody said it is 40 nowadays but my Character sheet still shows cap as 60.. SO is it 40 or 60?

SSI cap is 60

The cap is 60.

Don't forget to get the free +5 SSI town buff if you're playing on a dexxer. On Atlantic, Trinsic is one of the towns that offers this buff.

Moving shot was nerfed, but the SSI cap wasn't.
