Thanks for the honest answers. I knew the off-mods diminished it, but didn't know by how much. I think it was the 'lol' that could be considered rude rather than the honesty.

Yea, thats what I felt, Atredes. Most people in the trade forums, especially the experienced ones, are polite to anybody - and of course to visitors. Trading has to do with respect, reliability and trust. You should not "lol" at people searching for help.
