Oh, Rico, you're killing me!!!!!!! We're talking about the 25k point spring turn-in ticket quest. The Ethereal Fortress is in Ilsh. You have to go thru the Spider Dungeon to the teleporter that takes you to the Fortress ... Once inside the Fortress, it becomes a run for your life. Most don't make it through alive, that's why I have my stealther logged there.

am i daft or what. what is this spring cleaning quest that you run into that fortess for? the creatures there are angels and blue things that only attack bad karma people. did I miss something or is this just a clever trap?

No, it's not faction only. Falon of Eldor put a link a post above mine with a link to Petra's guide on how to run the quest.

The basics are: You go to Ilshenar, head to the Spider Dungeon, go out of the Spider Dungeon to the teleporter to the Ethereal Fortress. At the fortress you run a series of rooms (all with tons of deadly spawn), getting into and out of the rooms by using passwords. You end up at Casca, get a rez, say help to Casca to receive a note from Casca to take to Ulrich at the Warriors Guild (near Brit west stables). There you drop the note on Ulrich, and he rewards you with a 25k point spring cleaning turn-in ticket.

I am guessing that if you are in True Britannians faction you can do the whole thing from step 1. They must have forgot about Castle British on Siege being a faction stronghold...Sherry the Mouse event all over again.

To obtain the 25k spring cleaning ticket from Ulrich at the Warriors Guild, you simply go to a moongate, go to Ilsh Spirituality, head to the Spider Dungeon, then to the Ethereal Fortress. Use the passwords (see Petra's guide, it's outstanding) to get through the chambers to reach Casca. Get a rez. Say help to Casca, receive a note from him. Take the note to Ulrich at the Brit Warriors Guild, drop the note on him, he hands you a 25k point turn-in ticket. No other steps involved.
The note from Casca will be blessed, the turn-in ticket is NOT blessed.
