I tested it. I ate until I got full. Double-clicked the bottle and then I was "extremely hungry" again...

Will come handy in some situations.

Hrmmm... Looking at the clues, the quest may very well be on Siege. We just have not found it. I am guessing, but... Mythic is being very coy on many things. They are not handing anything out on a silver platter. It may require a search...

I would guess it has to do with the magical foods they've hinted at, so that you can eat them, then when you are full, use this, so you can eat more magically imbued food.

It is one the first floor of the castle. If you stand in front of the throne room go right then left go to end of end of hall to the left is a room where pepa is....

has any one noticed that after you recieve the quest and then talk to her again before you finish... she asks you for bottles... i kept trying to force them on her but she wouldn't take them wonder why she ask for them....

Bakery in west Britain sells them...

Agreed, or just anywhere that wouldn't clash with a faction spot or be otherwise incompatible with Fel. I realise this might be an unplanned early NPC appearance, but surely we shouldn't have to ask for said NPC on Siege or Fel - it's not like they've just been invented

Fingers crossed the final version of this NPC gets where she should be.

It's still the seat of government. The Royal Council met there until they got splattered all over the ground. Any surviving remnants of the higher levels of the government (whoever's food that dude has been testing) are likely still there, at least for official duties.

Blackthorn's castle on the other hand is.....Just Blackthorn's Castle.

I think Jeremy posted something about this quest actually kinda sneaking in a little early, and that it had a quest gump that had needed to be reworked...maybe it's the bottles.
