Hey Kayhynn.... How big is the shed? I see it has a door - can you walk inside?

If I recall correctly it's 3x3. And no, you cannot walk into it.

I also do not know if you have to be 15 years to use or just 15 years to obtain.

15 to obtain, but you can place it n a house that you are co-owned to, and the owner can then use it and remove the vet he purchased it from off the co-own list. The shed will stay and be functional, but cannot be moved ore-deeded.
