Splintering Weapon Mods

I have a couple chests full of splintering weapons and I am trying to come up with a list of mods I should be looking for on them to help try selling better and which mods are a waste. Any sort of lists from most desirable to least would be awesome. Thanks!

The weapon type is most important because of the Special.

They do not want area spells with it.

They want hit lightning.

Bokuto, Kryss, war fork, butcher knife

Seems that some days they sell for a lot and others no bids.
