As we all know I am not a Subject Matter Expert at the worth of loot, but rarely loot any 20 splinter weapons, and when do they are usually 2 handers. I picked this up today. Is it worth anything for pvp with no SC or - mage? or is it simply too slow of a weapon to yield any good results. Any insight would be great.
