spirit speak stuck at 93.3

Hi all, currently training a new encro char but I've been stuck at 93.3 for aaages, any suggestions on best way to proceed would be greatly appreciated!

2. make Spirit Speak macro on space bar
3. lay cell phone on space bar
4. come back after work

Cast curse weapon in lich form. Do trick with cell phone for sure =)

The best way to gain SS is to get a suit with as much MR as you can, add Med and Focus to your temp, go into lich form. Set a macro for Curse Weapon. hit the macor, jam something in the keyboard to keep the button down and sit there. Watching.
Boring but it works.

Again, one thing I do not understand.

Spirit Speak can be invoked by itself. That is, one does not need to cast any spell to use Spirit Speak.

So, to train Spirit Speak up, why not just invoke Spirit Speak over and over rather than casting any spell ??

SS has a skill timer.
Curse weapon can be cast very fast, over and over, therefore giving more chances to gain.
