Considering the last castle I saw sell here was for 100 mil Siege gold, that seems amazingly high for one Spellbook.

Those ARE valuable, and will continue to be so because of the Blessed property with good mods, but not even close to 50 mil.

And just yesterday someone said they returned after a long break and paid 20 mil for a Luna plot. Oof!

Watch yourself out there folks, the sharks are schooling!
