Well, you could charm something like an Ogre Lord (or Arctic one), and use him to tank for you while you quickly heal him with bandages (Healing skill works on any "Repond" type creature).
2 sec cross heal bandages on a charmed repond ? Wow, didnt know that. Will be very good for some fun templates, ty very much.
I use on mystic dexxer, but only joat. Full focus gives a nice 55hpr for 90 secs ( 60 secs cooldown ), which does stack with hpr suit. Keeps running nice while in stone form, something like poor mans godmode, its even worth fizzling it a few times.

& I agree, you can do so much more damage with a Necro/Mage than a Spellweaver, even without that much SDI.

I believe cooldown is greater than duration so you can't keep it on all time.
With full arcane focus I have about the same regen without spending any points in SW.
cool down is actually closer to 150 secs....60 secs from when the spell finishes...until it can be recast
