Spellweaving Samurai

Don't worry about FCR, just try to get some FC.
Attunement/Evasion will make you nearly unkillable when someone dismount ganks you.
When you're PvPing solo, I would recommend dismounting your opponent, and then waiting to summon your pixies until you're remounted. People tend to run away when they see 4 pixies. Orc Brute > 1 pixie, so wear the talisman.
In group fights - cast wind and thunderstorm a lot, you'll basically make your team win with those 2 spells.
Anyone with resist on the spellweaving samurai?
