If I'm running NO MAGERY on a Mystic Spellweaver, is my casting cap 4/6?

FC cap on a spellweaver is 4, regardless of your magery skill level.

Source: None (Can't find it anywhere), but I have experimented extensively after my weaver mage lost his arcane shield and scrappers and suddenly got a lot more slow.

Magery only affects Chivalry.

So, Spellweaving will be 4/6
Mysticism will be 2/6

and it you for some reason wanted Ninjitsu, that would also be 4/6
