Spellweaving and testcenter, dumb question

Nope... this isn't about the new no level 1 spell circle.

I was wondering if there is a "spell weaving quest" toggle on test center? Or am I stuck going through the spellweaving quest everytime I want to test it on the center?rolleyes:

You can find a gate for weaving near West Brit Bank.

I think there's a gate in west Britain bank which takes care of that.
