SpellBooks where r u?

I wanted to ask if they changed any drops from some mobs....an example:

I know that the mob "Crypt Sage" in "Catacombs of Which" dropped the SB "Wild Magic" among with other SB's and the mob "Hatar Hanishee" outside of Aden the SB "Party Return" and others.
I spend 1 week in "Catacomb of Wich" and 3-4 days outside of Aden but no SB drops.
I also spend 1-2 hours in EV at "Unicorns" for "Death Spike" but same luck.

Spellbooks no longer drop off of mobs until (I think) level 74 or so.

You can now find those spellbooks at the racial starting villages (Wild Magic in Dark Elven Village, and Elven Village for instance) through one of the shopkeepers.
