What shard are they on? and are they for sale?

Judging from the stats on the gloves, it most likely is from Seer crafted era. Same could be on the skull as well. Unless it has special hue and does something special, it's just a renamed glove. So value would place it around 50-75 mil to start.

From what I remember they are from a Quest/Event within the first year of the game. They are a coal colour and do nothing when you put them on. They came from the Napa Shard
