[Magery] Spell Focus Sash - Have 2 important PVP Questions

Firstly - Does this increase the damage beyond the pvp cap of 30? (im focused mage) once it activates?

Secondly - What spells constitute towards the increase? Is it damage spells or offensive spells such as clumsy or curse as well?

It looks like some of my post was eaten in the TOL mage thread.

It does essentially allow you to exceed the 30 SDI cap in PvP.

The bonus applies to Damaging spells only, and in order for the effect to level you must deal at least 5-9 damage. (cant remember if its 5 or 9)
So a magic arrow against an uncursed all 70's target will likely not cause it to level. (same for distance harms)
(Poison damage from the poisoned state doesnt apply I believe)
