If i have a necro with 20 SS through JOAT, and he casts curse weapon the equation for period is:
Caster's Spirit Speak x 10 ÷ 34 + 1 in seconds

at 20 SS that's 6.882 seconds.

Does this round up to 7 seconds?

The same goes for other classes - do spells/skill round up or down duration?

In UO calculations, decimals always round down.
