Today there was an alligator outside of my son's house. When I casted an EV it went around the alligator and just stood there.
I think EVs should be controllable. Maybe, you could say, All Kill and get a target and then be able to pick a target for it to follow or try to stay close to.
Also, you could click on the ground so that it would stay in that area, where you select. So, rather than it moving, it would do damage to whatever comes close to it. Maybe they could have a radius of damage based on skill. So, you could have 3 or 4 tile space.
Also, fields and walls should use mana for the initial casting and then as long as they are active, they should use mana, so you can maintain the field until your mana is depleted.
So, you could cast the wall and then cast other spells but you would need alot of mana to maintain the wall.
When you cast a field or wall you would have to recast to drop it but removing it would not cost extra mana.
Also, you could maintain several different types of fields or walls but only 1 of a certain type at a time. For example: 1 Energy Field because when you recast the Energy Field again it removes the Energy Field.
