Spawn Map Utility

I was in the stratics main website reading the "Tools and Downloads" section and got the Spawn map utility.

Problem is I am using Windows 7 and I get an error when I try to install:



Can anyone tell me if there is a solution for this?

Bit of overkill, but you could use XP mode which is just a VM running old windows. Can be fairly seamless once it's setup.
