Spawn in New Magincia?

When I signed on earlier today, I saw two dead liches in NW area, and I was targeted by a lich. Has anyone else seen them, and does anyone know if this will be on a regular basis that there will be spawn?

Its not spawn, people have been doing treasure maps and digging up treasure. So you might once in a while see some spawn or guardians from the chests they dig up. No worries

this guy pulled a level 4 up near center of town. and was killing monsters.

i said dude , uh guards?

down went all the spawn, bet the devs didnt think of that.
