Sparkles to fel despise

Hi, i know about the fire dung one, theres another though somewhere in a balron or demon room? ive been there before but cannot remember where can anyone tell me please?

There is one through Deciet on the level below the spawn (where the lichs spawn) its the sparkle on the left, Im not sure if there are others.
