Sovereigns Code From EA

I just went to EA and purchased some sovereigns, but, it said the product code will be included in the confirmation email. Guess what? It is not there. I read and re-read that email and no code.
I checked my game to see if the sovereigns were credited and still no sovereigns. Why does it seem to be harder and harder to purchase sovereigns? Does anyone have any idea on how to approach this?

Did you try calling EA support? Not that it's likely you will get help since some of the staff don't know UO exists, you never know though. Or emailing Mesanna and hope you are in her good books?!

I believe you can find the code by going to your order history, I've seen others advise how that's done, but I've never done it myself.

Was the email a blue box? If so you will see:
Order Date
Order Number
Payment Information - for me that is only my email
Next is an area lined off with an image of gold coins and Ultima Online Sovereigns Pack in bold letters. The last line of that area has the code.

How to find via order history:
Go to UO home page - click where you see EA Store
you will be prompted to log in if you are not still
After you have logged in on EA store site you will see at the very top going from right to left 3 icons they are EA logo, ? (Help) and profile
Click on profile your options are Sign Out and Account Settings
Click Account Settings
Menu to the left scroll down to Order History
Open Order History - click the + sign beside the order of sovereigns you purchased
You will see product code just above subtotal, that is the code you need.

On my last order, it took me a while to find the code on the email. All the numbers were a blur to me.
