That area is closed off to all players and is supposed to be opened at a future date as part of an event.

Origin had one that went up into the the volcano area that is closed off. Still is closed off unless you made a rune hehehe...

i wonder if the runes work, i know theres a spot that u should be able to teleport to, on one of the larger areas. but u only get message "you cannot teleport from here to destination"
