Soulstones

If i put a skill in a soultone and then i transfer it ( with another char) in another shard, i can use the skill storaged into the soulstone?
Or i can use it only in the shard where is the char who has storaged the skill?

you can use it on that account. Doesnt matter which shard you transfer it to. Just on that one account only.

And make sure that the character on the account has the appropiate scroll to accept the skill too. (ie 110 magery scroll for 110 magery)
