Soulstone problem

A character on my second account named Llewellyn stored a skill on a green soulstone several weeks ago (fortunately only a low skill). Now when she or any other character on that account tries to use that soulstone, I get a message "you are not allowed to access this." The other three soulstones on the account are working fine. Anybody have an idea what could be the problem?

If it's locked down, the security setting isn't set to allow those characters to use it.
Have the house owner set security on the soul-stone to 'friends' or 'anyone' and it should work.
