soulstone not working

i have 4 soulstones linked to my account and been away for a while and now they have unlinked and now say (owner unknown) even tho they was stored in my bank, i could live without them as there are easy to get but i have skills on them, one of which is 120 archery, asked 2 gms but just getting a link to AQs also posted 2 devs without any luck.
it just seems wrong as i pre ordered 4 copys of UOSE to get these stones

Are you sure they aren't working?
Do you have a spare char on that account to whom you could transfer a skill that doesn't need a skill cap scroll?

There fine, just dbl click them to link them to an owner it makes no difference, you were prolly away when they changed it where the name appears, so now they are "unkown" till you use them again
