Soulstone Help GUI change??

I cant remember if there was another option on the soulstone for deleting skill points or not.
Awhile back I bought 2 fragment tokens and 1 full stone token to go with my 1st year stone. I used a stone(not sure if it was frag or full) to clean up some of my templates by deleting stray skill points such as "1.3 hiding" ,"2.4 focus" or other skills one would forget to lock upon char creation.
It seems now(months later) when I try to use my full stone for this purpose I must transfer skill to the stone THEN delete by not absorbing the skill points and wait 24 hours to do so again.
Does this happen with the fragment as well now? I know I wont lose a charge if I dump skills off it but will I have to wait 24 hours each time?
BTW I have plenty of room on the template Im using (200 points untill full) and 2 stones are empty.
Any info at all on this ? The guide explains mostly what they are for but not
to much on the details. Thanks to alll .

To my knowledge if you flush a skill (place it on a stone, then remove it from the stone) you do not incur the timer, nor use a charge on a fragment. It is only when you recover a skill is the timer/charge invoked.

The flush option of either is the "Remove this skill from ..." or something to that effect.
