The queens forge is located in the Queens Temple or castle.
Go west from the public Soulforge then cross either of the two bridges and when you see stairs dont take them, search for the door that is nearby and go through it.
The queen forge is in that room/floor.
Hope thats not to confusing
Also be careful if you go their with a Red Character (Murderer) the queens guards will attack you and if they touch you you get G-Whacked.
