Hey guys,
I am really looking to get into pvp for most of my playing time, given I play on pacific which is all but dead pvp wise these days I was wondering...can you transfer your account bound soulstones with you and use them on the other shards?
I was thinking since I have all the resources to train my skills up on pacific on my owns I can just transfer a bunch of stone frags create new chars on my new home and stone the skills on them.
I mainly want to use this method for brining a crafter over...other skills are easily trained with limited resources obv.
