The one thing that makes this world of ours so incredible is the fact that even if you have a room full of Warlocks, none will be exactly the same. Obviously, I know your thinking, sure...

A. Talents.

B. Gear.

But let me bring about a point in a different area. Point C.

C. Soul Shards.

I have always had a Soul Shard Bag.

Here is how the game designers describe them.

Soul Shard Bag
Tailors can make soul bags to hold soul shards. The smallest is a 20-slot bag, the recipe for which can be purchased in Gadgetzan. The recipe for a larger bag can be found in Scholomance, and one for an even larger bag can be found in Molten Core. In the main UI, these soul bags will display how many shards they contain. So long as the soul bags have room, any soul shards a warlock creates will automatically go into the bag.

Now on to the alternative. Frankly I never even thought that it would be someones play style. A guildy of mine was asked if she would like a Soul Shard Bag. She said, "No I don't need 'em." To our surprise she really doesn't need them on her Warlock.

Her play style is to only have two or three of the shards in her pack, and not use a soul bag, so that she can have a larger loot bag in its place.

When asked why she did it that way, she simply said thats how it works best for her. I had never thought of that. Sure when you first begin, having one or two would get you by, but at the higher levels, it just seems obvious that you would want 20+.

What is your style when it comes to shards?

I like to have as many soul shards as possible. Period. Then again, as a warlock, I always get asked to summon or make health stones and now that I'm higih enough level, soulstones, it only makes sense to me . But I can see how some people wouldnt play that way and it's cool too.
