I dont remember getting any from swoops but I wouldnt doubt it can be gotten there, as for method of aquiring is dropped in your pack. You recieve a message that you have gotten an item for your efforts. Now the Birds are off the swoops and you must loot them. Hope this helps you.

Yes from Swoops, but my favorite place to farm these used to be Miasma. However, these are plentiful and pretty cheap if you want to buy one.
I think u can get it as a drop from any of the named ML monsters.

I play on Origin so not so easy to just buy one plus been making great cash off swoops i disco then provo Cu onto it and use the disco bard mastery !@
