[Price Check] Soul Charge and Damage eater SC shield

Is this worth anything? I would think most tamers and casters could use this right? I rarely see soul charge and damage eater maxed on the same item

Maybe 20 mil or so. Not much. No DCI/hci. Reactive para is the big money on shields.
