(Question) Sorcerer's Dungeon

Does anyone know when Sorcerer's Dungeon will be up and going again? There is no spawn there! We have searched the entire the dungeon and found nothing anywhere! :(

It has happened on all shards. Siege just crashed, so we are hoping they are working on fixing the Halloween stuff right now

Were your Bone Container GY skeletons working?

Update: Siege came back up, dungeon still not working, and the Rewards NPC is now gone.
