Sorcerer Suit [replica] stats incorrect on mannequin?

Hail.
I put Sorcerer Suit [replica] onto a mannequin.
The stats reported are way different from when I wear the suit myself,
particularly in Defense Chance Increase, and Lower Mana Cost.

So, which is bugged? The stat reporting when I wear it myself, or the stat reporting from the mannequin?

mannequins are bugged for suits , jewelry sets and armor with refinements .
