Soooo what about Casca?

So for those of us who were normal and did the holiday weekend thing instead of a UO binge. What happened with Casca? Is Dawn retiring again? What exactly went down?

I dont know what happened to Casca but Dawn is now Queen Dawn. I wouldnt really call that retiring.

Maybe I'm just stupid but I don't get how these live events are scheduled.

If you check the page http://www.uoherald.com/liveevents/index.php all I ever see is some fiction.

I then find out some thing happened in game which I missed. Where is this stuff advertised that people know where and when to turn up?
