There have been not so subtle hints that we'll be seeing SA at the end of the summer, but they've been reluctant to say anything concrete regarding it. The theory is that the current event arc will culminate in the launch of SA.

We don't know what's up with SA.

My guess is that they are waiting until WHO is out before the upper levels at Mythic decide what to do with it. Probably the first issue, after "do we release this at all," is "do we still go with this as KR only." My guess? They will eventually release it with 2d support, but with crappy placeholder art and significant advantages for using KR.
