Something I don't understand..

Maybe it's silly but I just don't get it...
Some things when you purchase them from an npc immediatly respawn, other things you have to wait the timer.
Let me be more specific about what I speak of. Yesterday I bought empty bottles, purchase the first batch, bank em and come back and immediatly I can purchase again.. Today, I sit at luna and have to wait a timer to buy up blank scrolls, we all know this takes forever as they start out at 20. It's more annoying when I sit here building them up, spending lots of time doing so and someone comes and buys em up just cause they see I have them up too 999!
Just curious if anyone knows why its like this!

One explanation and it may make sense, within its own context but may very well be a lame excuse.

I noticed when buying the 500 Bolts that after the 3rd one the price increases by 1 gold. So it may be to keep the price of a scroll the same.

It would certainly be nice if they would make the Scrolls 500 and left the price alone.
