[Fishing] Something about Magical Fish Finder

Anyone can tell the operation of the Magical Fish Finder? Is it hard to get? If got it and use, will it let you select what type of fish it can find or it is just work for a random fish? It is work for rare one or legendary? Is it working inside the dungeon? And after its life span is up, what will it be? disappeared?

Really no idea about it.....
