I have found dagger thats says someone's dagger and its blessed if my memory is correct its just a quest item but just checking :)

Quest Item: Found on Crystal Serpents in the prism of light.

The quest giver is in the hearler room of the Prism of Light. Reward is a bag of trinkets. Normally one item (ring, bracelet, or weapon) and usually nothing great about them. You might get a crafting scroll just like you would get doing the crafting quests in Heartwood. I usually just keep the daggers.
