I went to Onoe in Brit and he will not take my stuff for Phase 2. The tooltip state Turnin Phase 2 or something like that.
I read the Pub 52 turnin places ... but in Pub 53 there is no clue as to what NPC takes what ... leaving it open to ASSumption that any NPC takes anything in P53 list.
Sooo, where do I turn in the stuff? I have over 200 items I wanna turn in but can't seem to.
