If i wished for anyone thing in UO it would be the ablity to let someone esle design my home maybe add a designer gump along with co-owner friend etc it would allow you to add that person who could customize for you. you would have to be albe to afford the design as well as XXX fee !!!

I would like to see the ability to give a Home Designer full control of customization in a secure manner for both parties, as well Anon!

Maybe we would see fewer 'cubes' if there was an easy way to choose a design and have it done for a fee. It would also add something nice for the wonderfully creative decorators in Sosaria, and highlight one of the popular, unique features of UO.

You have to click the transparency buttons on the right side of the customization menu and cycle through the different levels until you can see the tiles. Its all explained in the instructions over there.

Maybe if its impossible to make it so they can customize someone else's house why not the ablity to save designs to deed and then sell the deed?

Currently I know of only 2 ways to have someone else design and deco your home..... both VERY risky.

One would be to give someone your account info.... extremely risky.

Two trade the designer your home... again VERY risky.

I agree that it would be cool to allow someone else to design your home... allowing them customization would be nice..... then allowing them to use deeds in your house also would be nice..... currently the only way to do that would be to make them a co-owner.... but then they can't customize it

I'd also like to be able to "rent" parts of my homes.... like special chests.... allowing someone a room at your Inn.... where the door and the room are theirs to do with as they wish.... decowise.... I think allowing the person to have X number of lockdowns and secures but I'm thinking the programing needed for that would be VERY hard.
