Title Says it All. Trying to Donate Commodity Deeds of regs in a Bag, Not working. Just not showing the menu that lets you donate all. If I pull the Deeds out of the bag and into my backpack I can donate them.

Someone Break the Donate Bag Feature of the Library?

Now you need a donut bag.
The bag isn't for commodity deeds 
just for loose items. Always been like this as far as i know.
If you have 10x 60.000 black pearl in your backpack, then you can click black pearl, enter the number 600.000 and it will have been donated.
