[Price Check] Some items I want to get rid of..

Please forgive me in advance for not keeping up with the pricing on these items. I have taken a break form the game and it seems as though the rares market is all over the place nowadays. Any info on pricing for the following would be greatly appreciated as I am in the market for a castle (the only thing that I have wanted that I have never had).

-Singing ball - Red
-Complet practice weapon set - Including Battle Axe
-Deed to a large house with patio
-Tree Ornament Items
-Cloak of Minax
-Complete set of Cursed Arties
-Bucket of Water - Full
-Blood Tiles
-A Finely Crafted Yew Bow
-Tons of Dbl exceptional items. Are there any that are more valuable than others?
-Tunic sewn by Calamaranda

The list of items that I am attempting to liquidate is MUCH larger than this, thought these were the only things that I believed were fitting to this forum.

singing balls sell for around 40-50 mill. the rest, not so much. practice weapons go for around 200k each from what i can tell. double exceptional stuff not worth much anymore cuz a bug a few years ago allowed you to recreate those.

blood, bucket, tree ornament jewelry, set of cursed arties = 3-5 mill each.
the rest i'm not sure.

-Singing ball - Red 35-50 Mill Higher if buyer is desperate
-Complet practice weapon set - Including Battle Axe 6-10 mill go higher end cause the Battle Axe is quite rare
-Deed to a large house with patio about 3 mill, do not log out with it in your pack or put it in your bank box
-Tree Ornament Items 2-5 mill per piece
-Cloak of Minax I think about 40-50 mill
-Complete set of Cursed Arties unsure on that one
-Bucket of Water - Full 1.5-3 mill does not matter if it is full or empty
-Blood Tiles between 3 to 7 if it is one of the two common ones, the uncommon ones much higher
-A Finely Crafted Yew Bow 30mill about
-Tons of Dbl exceptional items. Are there any that are more valuable than others? Exceptional in [] are the only ones of any real value
-Tunic sewn by Calamaranda about 5 mill depending on buyer
